4 years ago I started my slow crawl outside my own very dark tunnel. It was hard and painful, but I came out a much improved and happier person. I can say that I am the happiest I have ever been…or maybe I just realized what being happy it is all about. For sure, I feel I am the person I was always meant to be.
Do I wish I have learned my lesson in an easier way? At a faster pace? ABSOLUTELY. But I still feel the suffering was worth going through. So, even when you are in the darkest moments, try to see the speck of light in the distance, if only in your dreams, and keep on going.
