Staring at the dreary weather outside my window, I just thought about this quote. Yes, even in California, occasionally, it rains and it has been a pretty wet year so far. It is not always easy to feel creative and enthusiastic in this weather, which is why is so important to try to find happiness inside ourselves.
However, if you suffer from S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder), make sure you take care of yourself. Find something that makes you happy and do more of it. Or try the “Happy Light”(Verilux being one of the most well known brans) that simulates sunlight. It is also very helpful to fight jet-lag.
