When you have done something wrong, admit it and be sorry. No one in history has ever choked to death from swallowing his pride

It feels like the hardest word in the English language is SORRY. It shouldn’t be this way: nobody is perfect, however admitting when we did something wrong seems to be an insurmountable obstacle for too many. Let’s make it a “end of the year” resolution; let’s say sorry more often…unless you are woman, socialized since childhood to apologize all the times even when we have nothing to apologize for. In this case, let’s work on ONLY apologizing when we are REALLY responsible, and only for our own behavior. And men, if you do not believe this, read this scientific study in Livesscience.com

Women, ready to take the challenge? Count how many times you apologize during the day, and then read this article from Tess Martin on how to quit the addiction.

ps> TMI: I even apologized to the nurses, multiple times, when giving birth for the mess I was making!
