I think this quote totally nails it, especially if you are a parent. However, there is much to be said about the ability to Google correctly, weed through the results and find your own answers. It is actually a skill I believe any young person should posses: it instills self confidence, creative thinking and self-reliance…instead of always waiting for an answer, try to find it yourself, with or without Google.
This is why I love all the posts tagged with #lmgfy (in case you do not want to google it, it means: “let me google it for you”). There is even have a website, whose description states: For all those people who find it more convenient to bother you with their question rather than search it for themselves. Harsh? Yes. Funny? Of course!
