It is hard not to feel anything but anger while reading the news: 4th mass shooting in 2 weeks; doctored videos used as evidence; unexplained resignation from the AG, more California Wildfires, and on and on…it makes you really feel like a “rat in a cage”, and totally helpless. But we CAN do something, we can’t accept this as a new normal. So, I will start by swearing, loudly…after all you need to put on your own oxygen mask first, before helping others. Besides, a classy, educated and intelligent person who swears…is still a classy, educated person.
In fact, National Geographic published an article in early 2018 affirming that swearing is good for you (and chimps do it too).
