There’s NOTHING wrong with standing out and being different.
This should be my mantra: I often feel different, maybe because I am an immigrant, maybe just because I am me. However, being different is actually a great thing: it makes you unique. On the other hand, try to connect with someone you think is “not like you”: you may discover that there is really something special you were overlooking.
If you still feel on the outside, flaunt it. Try some of the merch from Three Days Grace, whose new album is called Outsider. It was my Christmas present. (-:
