We are doing lots of thinking at the end of the year, reflecting on what happened, and how we can make the next one better. However, you can’t really make any serious resolutions unless you really know who you are and what you want. This is why I really like this quote, originally an ancient Greek Aphorism.
Recognize and accept who you are, without making excuses, and you will have much happier and peaceful year.
