This quote really spoke to me: I left my whole family and friends in italy and moved here in California many many years ago. I can definitively say that real love, real friendship can survive such a large distance. The bond that ties you to your loved ones will not be easily broken.
Of course, like any other relationship, it will need nurturing, but today is so incredibly easy (too easy?) to stay in touch that there is really no excuse for dropping the ball.
Today, try to connect to someone who is far away, and let them know how much you love them. In fact, a long distance friendship could the one of the strongest bond, like this article from Elitedaily.com declares. I could not agree more.
